I'm sharing very easy Chocolate Marble Cake recipe. I learned it & make first time on my grind daughter's birthday on 28th of December . It's very easy to make and looks very beautiful .   2. 6 packet Oreo Chocolate Biscuit
  3. 1 tsp Eno
  4. 1 cup lukewarm milk
  5. For Vanilla Batter
  6. 1 cup maida
  7. 1 tsp baking Soda
  8. 1 cup lukewarm milk
  9. 1/4 cup salted butter
  10. 1/2 cup fresh curd
  11. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  12. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  13. For Baking :
  14. 1 Cake tin
  15. 1 cup salt
  16. 1 heavy bottom wok with stand

  1. For Marble Cake : Let's make two type of batter Chocolate & Vanilla
  2. For Chocolate batter : I used Oreo biscuit. Remove the wrap & cream. Cream keep aside than crushed all biscuits. Grind it in mixer jar and make fine powder.
  3. Transfer into plate. Sieve in mixing bowl. Keep aside.
  4. Greased the cake tin with oil /butter. Line with butter paper/any white or brown sheet. Brush oil/butter on the paper n all over the tin. Now cake tin is ready for baking. Keep aside.
  5. Now transfer the biscuit powdered in mixing bowl add milk gradually. Beat nicely and make lumps free batter. Check consistency. If needed add little milk. Keep aside
  6. For Vanilla Batter :: Take mixing bowl add butter, powered sugar curd & vanilla extract. Mix well.
  7. Sieve maida n baking soda. Mix well.
  8. Add milk gradually. Beat & make smooth batter. Beat until becomes perfect consistency. Now add eno in chocolate batter. Mix well beat for a minute. Now both batter are ready to making for marble shaped.
  9. Preheated the wok with salt & stand for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  10. For Marble Cake shaping, take greased cake tin. Pour 1 tbsp the both batter alternatively. First chocolate than vanilla. Pour batter in the center of the cake tin.
  11. Repeat the process until the both batter are finished.
  12. Make design with a toothpick. Outside to center of inside.Clean toothpick after drawing every line. Now Cake is convert in beautiful designing.
  13. Keep the cake tin immediately the preheated wok. Cover the lid and bake for 35-40 minutes on medium to low flame.
  14. Check after 25 minutes. Cake rises. Again covered with lid & baked on simmer.
  15. After 40 minutes check the cake with tooth pick. If toothpick seems clean. Switch off the flame. Cake is baked well. Remove cake tin and let the cake cool down.
  16. Cake is cooled down. Loose the sides with a knife. Demould the cake from the tin.
  17. Now removed the butter sheet.
  18. Soft, Spongy, Moist and Fluffy Chocolate Marble Cake is ready. Cut, Serve & Enjoy with Spongy texture.
